A church sent beyond its walls.

Since its founding, IEC Pombal has understood that the Gospel must be proclaimed everywhere. This page records the reach of that mission — in the Sertão, the Seridó, the Amazon and in caring for people.

Church planted with the help of IEC Pombal

Catolé do Rocha — Paraíba

A church IEC Pombal helped to found; today it is an independent church.

Churches planted in the region.

Throughout its history, IEC Pombal helped plant churches in towns of the Sertão of Paraíba — the fruit of evangelistic work that reached beyond the city. Today they are independent churches.

CEDIBS

O Bom Samaritano

O Bom Samaritano (The Good Samaritan) Integral Development Center

Pombal and Paulista, Paraíba

A social project hosted and supported by the church, devoted to the integral development of children, teenagers and young people and to the care of their families.

CEDIBS offers health care, developmental follow-up for babies and children, educational activities with Bible teaching, and support for families.

The project's name ("The Good Samaritan") comes from the parable told by Jesus (Luke 10:25–37), which teaches us to see and care for those around us.
